Key Things to Remember

• You must have a valid PO number.  If the PO number is invalid, your appointment may be cancelled. If this occurs, you will need to schedule a new appointment using the correct PO.
• Appointments are required for all will calls.
• If a driver arrives with out a confirmed appointment the truck will be rejected.
• You may not book an appointment before your confirmed PO date. 
• Lumper fees are a flat rate of $100. 
• You will have a 15 minute grace period on all appointments, please contact us in advance if your transportation is delayed for any reason and we will work with you to find a solution. Please note, failure to communicate directly with our appointment coordinators will result in the appointment being canceled, losing priority and becoming a work-in for the day. 
• If appointments are continually missed it will result in a fee of $150

• A valid Farmdale PO number is required for all deliveries
